Keystone Executive Services — Refund Policy

At Keystone Executive Services, all of our offerings involve personalized, time-intensive work tailored specifically to each client. Because of this custom nature, we maintain a clear and firm refund policy.

Please read the details below carefully before purchasing any service.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through this website or through direct invoicing are final and non-refundable.

This policy applies to:

  • Inbox Reset services

  • Executive support packages

  • Strategy sessions

  • VIP days

  • One-time or project-based services

  • Digital downloads or resources

  • Any custom or individualized work

Once a purchase is made, no full or partial refunds will be given for any reason.

2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Our services require:

  • Immediate preparation and scheduling

  • Significant hands-on time

  • Access to sensitive information

  • Customized systems, workflows, and deliverables

  • Time blocked specifically for your project

Once work begins — and often even before — administrative and professional time has already been invested.

Because these offerings cannot be “returned,” refunds are not feasible.

3. Rescheduling & Delays

For services involving scheduled sessions (e.g., walkthrough calls):

  • You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Repeated rescheduling may delay delivery timelines.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the session without refund.

If delays occur due to missing access, incomplete intake forms, or lack of response from the client, this does not qualify for a refund.

4. Post-Service Support

While refunds are not issued, we DO provide:

A 7-day support window
OR
Up to 2 hours of follow-up adjustments
(whichever comes first)

This ensures your system functions the way you want it to and gives you time to request small revisions or clarifications.

Additional support beyond the included window is available at our standard hourly rate.

5. Digital Products

All digital downloads, templates, PDFs, and online materials are final sale due to the nature of instant access.

No refunds or exchanges will be granted for digital products.

6. Dissatisfaction or Concerns

If you are unhappy with your experience, please reach out.
While we cannot issue refunds, we are committed to making reasonable adjustments within the scope of the service purchased.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve a concern is a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with supporting documentation, including:

  • Signed agreements

  • Intake forms

  • Email communication

  • Completed work logs

  • Access records

  • Deliverables provided

8. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
